1. SHIPPING DESTINATION

We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom.

We currently do not offer international delivery.

2. DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard Delivery

Cost: £4.99

Free standard delivery is available on orders of £50 or more.

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.

Express Delivery

Cost: £6.99

Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are calculated from the date your order is dispatched. They are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

We aim to process and dispatch orders as soon as reasonably possible.

Orders are normally processed before being handed to our delivery provider.

You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order and, where available, delivery or tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the delivery address after an order has been placed.

4. DELIVERY TIMES

Our current estimated delivery times are:

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

These timeframes are estimates and do not include any time required to process or prepare your order before dispatch.

If a specific delivery date or timeframe is agreed with you at the time of purchase, that agreed timeframe will apply.

5. DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, disruption to delivery networks, industrial action or other unforeseen events.

If your order is delayed or does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact us here.

We will work with you and the relevant delivery provider to investigate the issue.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any delivery delay.

If goods are not delivered within the agreed delivery period, or within 30 days where no other delivery period has been agreed, you may have rights to cancel the contract and receive a refund in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

6. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the issue.

If you contact us promptly after placing your order, we will make reasonable efforts to correct an address before the order is dispatched, where this is possible.

7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item or appears to be missing an item, please contact us here as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the packaging and the goods so that we can investigate the issue.

If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the contract, your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

8. UNDELIVERED OR LOST ORDERS

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us here.

We will investigate the delivery with the relevant delivery provider where appropriate.

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

We remain responsible for ensuring that goods are delivered to you in accordance with your consumer rights.

10. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently do not offer international delivery.

If we begin offering delivery outside the United Kingdom, we will update this Shipping Policy to explain the countries served, delivery charges, estimated delivery times and any applicable customs, tax or import arrangements.
